On the day of the shoot, we spend up to an hour at our location.

I shoot at Golden Hour, two hours before sunset to take advantage of the soft magical light.

I shoot sessions in any kind of weather except the rain so the decision on the session day about rescheduling if the rain has set in.
What if it's raining on our session day?
Early evening, when the sun low in the sky - about an hour or two from sunset. Shooting during this golden hour allows me to get beautiful soft light which is so flattering.
What time are sessions held?
Something that reflects you and you’re comfortable in, matching outfits and client wardrobes aren’t my style. I want my clients to feel like the very best version of themselves and everyone one of my sessions is unique. I’m always available to provide guidance and tips on wardrobe choices before our session.
What to wear?
I love shooting families in a place which has meaning to them, the local beach they spend hot summer days, the park where the parents were engaged. All my sessions are Eastern Suburbs based and I have lots of beautiful locations up my sleeve that I can suggest if nothing springs to mind.
How do i choose a location?
For my family images, I work with natural light, my sessions are relaxed and mainly unposed, more like a structured adventure. It’s all about exploring a beautiful location and your family connecting, bring a picnic blanket and bottle of wine and enjoy the time together.
